The first version of Dossia is live, with the complete collection workflow end to end:
- Clients — a simple client base with each client's preferred language.
- Document blocks — reusable checklist templates (core documents, borrower profiles, add-ons) you compose into a request in seconds.
- Request lists — one list per case, with required and optional items, frozen in the client's language at the moment you compose it.
- Client portal — your client opens one private link on their phone and uploads document by document. No account, no app, no password. Progress is saved against the link.
- Validation — review each uploaded file, approve it or send it back, and track the case to completion.
Everything is hosted in the EU and protected by per-workspace access controls from day one.
