Where is the data hosted?
Inside the EU — Supabase / AWS Frankfurt. Files never leave the EU. We can sign a DPA on request, and every table is protected by row-level security.
Do borrowers need to create an account?
No. Each borrower receives a private link, opens it on their phone, and uploads. No signup, no app to install, no password. Their progress is saved against the link.
Which banks does it work with?
Any bank. Dossia produces a clean, organized loan file you can hand over by email, on a shared drive, or via your bank's portal. We don't tie you to a network.
What does it cost?
The 14-day POC is free. After that, plans scale per broker on your team — no per-borrower or per-document fees. We'll discuss pricing during the POC kickoff once we understand your brokerage size.
Can I white-label it for my brand?
Yes — on Pro and Network plans. Your domain, your colors, your logo, your tone of voice. Borrowers see your brand from the first email to the final file.
How is this different from a CRM?
A CRM tracks deals and contacts. Dossia is the document-collection layer that lives next to your CRM. We do one job — collect, validate, package — and do it better than any general-purpose tool.
