Cleaner validation: rejections that erase the file, and a 'Needs my review' queue

Rejecting a document now deletes the file and prepares a rejection email with your reasons. The dashboard gained a 'Needs my review' KPI and a per-client activity feed.

Rejection that respects the data

When you reject a document you now give a reason, and Dossia:

  • deletes the rejected file from storage — wrong documents don't linger on EU servers,
  • shows the rejection and your note to the client on their portal so they know exactly what to re-upload,
  • prepares a rejection email template listing the rejected items and your notes, ready to copy.

Once a request is rejected, the Validate/Reject buttons step out of the way until the client re-uploads.

Know what needs you

  • A new "Needs my review" KPI counts cases where the client has uploaded documents that are waiting for your validation — the most valuable five minutes of your day.
  • The activity feed now groups events per client and expands to a full history: drafted, sent, uploaded, validated, completed — with who did what.
  • Drafts no longer pollute the dashboard. Work-in-progress stays out of your KPIs until you actually send it.
